We understand your frustration with most magnetic racks on the market today, they just don’t work well, They don’t have a strong enough magnetic field, the material isn’t durable, or the experience isn’t good enough, or they don’t match the tubes well, and so on. We hear this complaint from you time and time again and even in some cases products that cost twice as much are not allowed to be returned.Our team also understands the pain points of NGS laboratory instrumentation.
From our in-house testing and great feedback from our users base, carbonlink products have consistently met or exceed most of the top manufactures for NGS、medical laboratory、and molecular biology etc. This allows us to offer such a generous return policy and warranty.
carbonlink is 100% committed to delivering industry leading products, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days for a full refund. The full warranty against manufactures defects will be one year.
Carbonlink will warrant its products against manufacturers defects for a period of two years from date of purchase. Carbonlink will repair or replace at our discretion the defected product.
Carbonlink will not be held responsible or accept returns for misuse of its product.
Carbonlink cannot accept returns on products that have been exposed to laboratory hazards. We suggest testing with magnetic beads only if need be
